Software Update 1.20.7 for Geneo X

Software Update 1.20.7 for black Geneo X devices to now include Clarify & minor updates to RF Pro interface. This is a free digital download.

If you're device is not updated to 1.17 currently, you will need to first update to 1.17 with the below instructions, then follow the same process for 1.20.7.

Instructions for Updating the Geneo X:

1. Save the file download to your computer.
2. Upload the file to any clean USB. (Be sure to clear everything off your USB)

Follow Installation Update as normal:

1. Turn device off and connect all handpiece applicators before starting the update
2. Plug the USB into the top port located in the back of the device
3. Turn device back on and click the menu (3 lines) at the top of the device
4. Click "Settings" → Click "Software Setting" → Click "Update"
